Hello friends!! I've decided to create short blog posts answering your questions about your reservation portal. If you prefer to watch a video, this shows you information related to creating a new reservation and at 1 minute 14 seconds it shows how to edit your pups information if you already have a reservation.
Log in to your reservation portal.
Then click on "Manage pets" or click on your pups picture and click "edit pet."
The next window may have your pups information panel already open, or you may need to click on the arrow on the left side to display the information.
Then you can update how much they eat, if they have any allergies (under treats), and if there have been any changes in medications! Then click "Continue"
Click "Save" when you're finished and ta-da! Your pups information has been updated!
