Wait, what fee?

Hey friends! I hope you're all doing well on this cold, obnoxious, snowy March day.

I wanted to take a moment to remind you all of the fees that are outlined in the pet services contract. I have had a few clients who didn't seem aware of them, so I wanted to take a moment to reach out to everyone with a reminder!

If you have become a client within the last six months, we went over these during your meet and greet! If you have been a client for longer than that, I have tried to mention them to everyone as I saw you, and I provided the information in the pet services contract that you accepted on the reservation software.

I discussed how to find all of this information in a previous blog, so if you're not sure where it's at, please check out the other blog.

There are a few things that will cause extra fees-

1) Your dog destroys property.

2) Missing your appointment time by more than 15 minutes without letting me know 15 minutes in advance.

3) Changing your stay at/after the last minute.

There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes. There is a lot that I do to ensure you, your dog, and myself are all safe. What I need you to do is to ensure that your dog will be successful in this environment- if they need stainless steel kennels, this may not be the best place for them. Arrive on time, and book the days/ nights that you actually need.

There are no more reminders. Fees will be issues for destroyed property, late arrivals, and changed dates (changing your stay at the last minute due to emergency is at my discretion. I'm not trying to be a jerk on this one, I just need people to respect my time a bit more).

As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I am so grateful for my clients... but these things are becoming issues and the dogs will ALWAYS be my #1 priority. When your choices are impacting them negatively, I have to step in and advocate on their behalf. These choices can lead to unsafe situations for the pups, and I can't let that keep happening.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support! See you soon!
